Feras is an entrepreneur at heart with a tech background. Feras graduated from the University of Texas with a Computer Science degree, and worked at Microsoft straight from college. Feras later quit Microsoft to ‘bring tech to industries that lack it’, where he later found his passion for real estate. Feras quickly built a portfolio of rentals, completing 9 closings in his first 12 months. After having seen the results of rentals, Feras later decided to scale up into apartment complexes, where he met Ben and started Disrupt Equity, a company focused on multi-family acquisition and investments for investors, and in doing so, help leverage his strengths in tech to better identify quality investments for investors. Feras has helped raise millions of dollars for multifamily syndication.
Ben grew up in Houston and has managed several businesses. After getting into real estate many years ago, Ben realized his passion for helping investors achieve retirement, and has shifted focus towards continuing down the path of real estate. Ben has helped drive acquisition of multiple properties across Texas and Atlanta, as well as managed several million dollar rehabs. Ben has helped raise millions of dollars for multifamily syndication.
Growing up on the east coast, Nancy and her family relocated to Texas just four years ago and has enjoyed every moment. Nancy comes to Disrupt Equity with experience in management, marketing, and advertising with schooling in Mass Communications. Using her past experiences and employment opportunities, Nancy will be taking Disrupt to the next level with marketing strategies as well as openly communicating with current and future investors. She has been happily married for nine years and is the mother to three wonderful children.
Possessing over 20 years experience in all areas of multifamily management Neil has been responsible for the performance of Conventional, Tax Credit, Student Housing and Senior communities in seven states during the course of his career. His background includes new construction lease-up and value add renovation/rehab projects for clients ranging from private owners to large institutional investors.
A former collegiate athlete at McNeese State University where she graduated in 2018 with her bachelors degree in marketing. Shanna is currently expanding her knowledge by pursuing her Masters in Business Administration with the expected graduation date of December 2019. Before working at Disrupt Equity, Shanna has gained a wide array of marketing experience from industries related to Real Estate and Oil and Gas. Shanna has developed a passion for creativity, innovation, and marketing strategy. She is excited to continue growing her skills to better Disrupt Equity and it’s investors.

Rock was in the International Baccalaureate Program, graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Medical Spanish and a minor in Chemistry, received a Graduate’s Degree from The Gemological Institute of America in Diamond Grading, and completed a Business Program with Harvard Business School. Rock is currently seeking to complete a Ph.D. in Business Management in the near future, but in the meantime has fallen in love with his passion which is commercial real estate, specifically multi-family investing. Apartments are the way to create a vehicle for generational wealth, and Rock is helping explode Disrupt Equity Partners to the next level. Rock is currently the financial analyst helping to find the diamond in the rough which will help Disrupt Equity Partners expand rapidly.
