Mike brings more than fifteen years of institutional real estate investment experience, with an impressive track record spanning $4B+ in acquisitions, $1.9B in dispositions, and $2.9B in refinancings across multifamily and mixed-use assets. Previously, as Head of Investments at Northland and a member of its Senior Leadership team, Mike led both Acquisitions and Portfolio Management, developing growth strategies, deploying capital, and building high-performing investment teams. His expertise in deal sourcing, underwriting, structuring, capital formation, risk management, and portfolio strategy will be a tremendous asset as we continue to grow Disrupt Equity’s investment platform. Just as importantly, Mike brings a proven ability to lead through change, develop teams, and create processes that drive consistent value.
