Feras' Biography
Feras is an entrepreneur at heart with a tech background. Feras graduated from the University of Texas with a Computer Science degree, and worked at Microsoft straight from college. Feras later resigned from Microsoft to ‘bring tech to industries that lack it’, where he later found his passion for real estate. Feras quickly built a portfolio of rentals, completing 9 closings in his first 12 months. After having seen the results of rentals, Feras later decided to scale up into apartment complexes, where he met Ben and started Disrupt Equity, a company focused on multi-family acquisition and investments for investors, and in doing so, help leverage his strengths in tech to better identify quality investments for investors. Feras has helped raise millions of dollars for multifamily syndication.

Ben's Biography
Ben has been an entrepreneur for 15 years, first starting his career in IT sales and business development then onto management. His background in management and sales has helped propel him into commercial real estate, first starting in 2013. Over the last 8 years, he has been involved in the acquisition & asset management of twelve large multifamily properties totaling over $200MM+ in AUM and the purchase and sale of over 2500+ units.

Stephen Kradjian

Stephen's Biography
Stephen Kradjian, Disrupt Equity’s Vice President of Operations, is responsible for overseeing asset performance including, but not limited to, property onboarding, leasing, management, accounting, construction, and investor reporting. Before joining Disrupt Equity in 2020, Stephen served as Director of Asset Management at Boxer Property, where he oversaw the performance and expansion of the approximate 4MM square foot third party asset services portfolio. Prior to his tenure at Boxer, Stephen served in an asset management capacity at SitusAMC, Realterm, and Continental Airlines.
An upstate New York native, Stephen received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Boston University and his MBA from Rice University. Stephen enjoys his free time with his family, playing tennis, cycling, swimming; and traveling.

Shanna Spree joined Disrupt Equity in 2018 and currently holds the position of Marketing Director. Shanna graduated from McNeese State University with her Bachelor’s in Marketing and shortly after graduated with her Master’s in Business Administration. Throughout her time at Disrupt Equity, Shanna has coordinated numerous multifamily real estate educational events and conferences to add value to current and aspiring investors. Shanna oversees the expansion of the Disrupt Equity brand by bringing value and innovation to many aspects of the business, including investor communications, content creation, and Disrupt Equity’s digital presence. Shanna has a passion for real estate investing and enjoys bringing value to Disrupt Equity’s investors and partners in the industry.

Tarek's Biography
Tarek has a Finance Degree from the University of Texas and has worked at multiple firms including BlackRock, StateFarm, KPMG, management consulting firms, as well as built businesses of his own. With his background, he has a unique grasp on both business fundamentals as well as innovative technology. Tarek has helped both Fortune 500 companies, as well as mid-size firms and start-ups across many industries such as oil & gas, healthcare, technology, banking, and more. Tarek focuses on optimizing processes and combines fundamental principles of business with the human elements of psychology to build teams and businesses that are able to constantly move forward and exceed goals.

Rasool's Biography
Rasool Mutawakkil specializes in financial analysis and underwriting to determine an investment’s potential. As a U.S. Army veteran intelligence operative, his attention to detail, work ethic, and desire to serve others with pertinent information are his primary drivers.
As a husband, father, and ambitious entrepreneur, his long-term goals include 1) establishing generational wealth for his family as well as 2) the continuous development of his education platform to show others how they, too, can reach any financial goal faster than they ever thought possible.

David Hudgins

David's Biography
David Hudgins is a Co-Founder and CFO of OTMFC, a successful multi-million-dollar equipment rental house for the entertainment industry. He started the company in 2003 and has steadily grown the business year over year. OTMFC now does complete lighting, grip, and vehicle rentals for commercial advertising including film, television, and print media.
In 2007, David and his wife, Natalie Alchadeff, a prominent real estate Broker in Los Angeles, started the HB Group, LLC which invests and manages single-family and multi-family residences across several States.
In addition to owning multiple single family and duplex properties, David and Natalie purchased their first Multifamily property in 2018. They currently own or have invested in over 450 units in 5 States totaling over $42 million.
David served as an elected official, serving on the Board of the Los Angeles Neighborhood Council for 4 years, where he was the Chair of the Planning and Land use Committee. He met with developers of small and large multifamily and mixed use properties during the approval process with the city.

With a strong administrative background, Angelic has assisted C-Suite executives, Board members, and virtually all areas of Senior Management. She possesses a passion for assisting leadership and their teams as they drive their companies to success! In addition to managing fervent executive schedules, Angelic maintains a focus on organizational continuity by spearheading special projects, office management, event planning and management, and community relations, to name a few. Having traveled in a military family, she gained vast experience in a variety of industries including finance, such as investments and insurance, government, including in an office for an elected official, oil and gas, information technology, engineering, telecommunications, and more! In her free time Angelic serves the community in multiple ministries. She is a strong American Patriot with a heart for veterans, prisoners, marriage, the homeless, and an advocate for all who need help and hope.
