Prior to joining Disrupt Equity, Nick served as Director of Asset Management at Graycliff Capital Partners, where he managed a diverse multifamily portfolio and led strategic initiatives focused on operational performance, capital planning, and value creation. Earlier in his career, he was an Asset Manager at Armada Analytics, developing expertise in financial analysis, portfolio optimization, and investment performance.
