Shanna Spree has been a valuable member of Disrupt Equity since 2018, where she currently holds the position of Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from McNeese State University and a Master's in Business Administration, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives.

During her tenure at Disrupt Equity, Shanna has consistently showcased her versatile skill set in strategic operations, project management, and marketing strategy. Starting as a marketing coordinator, she quickly ascended to the position of Vice President of Marketing, where she oversaw the marketing team's efforts. Shanna has successfully coordinated numerous conferences like the Multifamily Investor Network. She has also been instrumental in establishing and growing Disrupt Equity's brand by implementing impactful marketing strategies such as SEO, public relations, social media, web design, digital advertising, and email marketing. Recognizing her exceptional project management abilities and operational expertise, Shanna was further promoted to the role of Vice President of Strategic Initiatives in 2023. This new position allows Shanna to contribute to higher-level company initiatives to improve operations, utilizing her expertise to drive growth and achieve success for Disrupt Equity and its affiliates.
