With over 25 years of experience in property management, construction and renovation, Sandra has been at the forefront of single-family, multifamily, and commercial projects.

Sandra, former COO of a regional property management company, oversaw the operations, acquisition, and sales of over 7000 units in the Gulf South; a portfolio valued at over 262MM (2012 values), and staff of 300+. Seeing a need in the industry, Sandra formed Strategic Property Consulting. A multi-platform company offering asset and due diligence consulting. With her skills and knowledge, she plans to bring her experience to new levels and assist others in their multifamily asset purchases.
