Shanna Griffin has been a key contributor to the growth and evolution of Disrupt Equity since joining the firm in 2018. She currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Affairs, partnering closely with the Managing Partners to advance strategic initiatives, business development efforts, and long-term company growth.

Shanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from McNeese State University and a Master of Business Administration. Over the course of her tenure, she has supported capital raising and investor communication efforts contributing to the firm’s portfolio, which now exceeds $1 billion in assets acquired.

She began her career at Disrupt Equity as a Marketing Coordinator and quickly advanced to Vice President of Marketing, where she led the firm’s national marketing strategy across digital advertising, SEO, public relations, web development, social media, and investor communications. Under her leadership, the company significantly strengthened its brand presence and industry credibility, earning more than 26 industry awards recognizing excellence in growth, innovation, and performance.
She has also been instrumental in building and scaling flagship events such as the Multifamily Investor Network Conference and has hosted 15 multifamily investor conferences nationwide, helping cultivate a strong investor community and further positioning the firm as a respected voice within the industry.

In her current role, Shanna supports business development initiatives across affiliated ventures, assists with strategic equity and partnership efforts, and works to ensure alignment between executive priorities and internal execution.
