Throughout her career, Angela has demonstrated the ability to build culture, foster trust, champion employee growth, and align talent strategies with business goals. Prior to joining Disrupt Group, Angela served as Director of Human Resources at Patterson + Sheridan LLP as well as Allen Boone Humphries Robinson (ABHR), where she served as a member of the Operations Leadership Team and reported directly to the COO. Angela oversaw all human resources initiatives and systems, including development and implementation of internal policies, payroll, annual employee evaluations, and internal communications. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Sam Houston State University, graduating magna cum laude.
