For two decades, David Hudgins was CFO of OTMFC, a highly successful multi-million-dollar entertainment industry equipment rental house that he co-founded. As a professional real estate investor since 2007, he has worked on $500 million in acquisitions − and he and his wife Natalie have invested in over $90 million and purchased more than 750 units. David was also elected to the Board of the Los Angeles Neighborhood Council, where he served for four years and was Chair of the Planning and Land Use Committee, coordinating with developers of multifamily and mixed-use properties.
