With over 15 years of multi-family experience, Misty specializes in a variety of asset types including value-add rehabs and Class A and B conventional garden-style apartment homes. Her hyper-focus on her team’s continued development and efforts to grow the companies presence have been integral to our success in the Central region.

Misty has worked in the Austin multi-family market since 2011. She has developed a vast and diverse network throughout her career and brings an innovative, long-term, and personal approach to relationship building.

Prior to joining Disrupt, Misty has served in various client service roles where she has been responsible for facilitating key communication with clients to drive portfolio growth, assisting clients with their strategies for asset renovation, tracking changing market conditions, and tracking new management technologies. She specializes in capital improvements, associate development, budgeting, and market analysis. Her unique blend of experience in both property management and residential management allows her to serve her clients at the highest level.

Misty is a Texas Realtor ® and is also a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.

Misty was born and raised in Texas! Her biggest joys are her family, traveling, and her dog Tecate!
