As Controller, Karen leads the property accounting team of the growing Disrupt Management portfolio. With over 40 years of experience in financial reporting and tax return preparation for multifamily, commercial, and retail properties, as well as several previous Controller roles across a plethora of real estate development, investment, and management companies, she has extensive experience and drive to ensure robust accounting processes. Karen’s true passion is delivering the best possible financial information to owners, investors, and lenders.

Karen is a native Houstonian. Her biggest joys are her son Adam, traveling to National Parks, abstract art, and her two cats Pablo and Cameron.
