He spent the last 17 years leading high-performing military teams, ranging in size from 5 to 127 people, and managing the execution of over $650M of military funding. David’s educational background includes a BS in Computer Engineering, coding experience in industry including virtual reality and encryption software, and an MBA. David has underwritten over $1.4B in multifamily assets and has been instrumental in the successful execution of multiple apartment acquisitions resulting in stellar returns to investors.

David has been married to his beautiful wife for over 12 years. Together they run a multi-state real estate company that was ranked in the top 1.5% of all teams and agents nationwide by RealTrends. They have helped their clients buy and sell over $40M annually, with a strong focus on education and wealth building.

David and Tasha have owned single family and small multifamily, and quickly transitioned into apartment buildings as a long-term wealth-building strategy that they share with others. They are currently invested in real estate assets worth over $900M at the time of purchase and totaling over 6300 doors.
