Charles has over 40 years of multifamily maintenance experience. Starting out as a porter and working up to becoming lead maintenance then working to become maintenance supervisor.

He has a certificate of technology in air conditioning and heating from San Jacinto Community College and a state air conditioning contracting license from the State of Texas.

He has spent the last 32 years supervising and training apartment personnel and working with contractors to make sure projects are completed.
