Chandis Picone is a Senior Property Manager who oversees 3 of our Houston-Area properties. She has over 12 years of experience in the property management field. Prior to joining Disrupt Management in 2022, Chandis started her career in property management as an property manager of a 32-unit property in her hometown of Sherman Oaks, California. She quickly rose to the rank of General Manager while overseeing a portfolio of 13 communities. In her spare time, Chandis enjoys spending time with family and her chickens.
