Alamo oaks is a 282 unit, 1 to 3 bedroom complex. The complex has one of the largest units in the sub market, with the ability to add a closet to a ‘study’ to convert 1bed/1bath units to 2/1. This property has fantastic highway frontage off I-410, and near I-35 where the site will gain vehicle traffic of approximately 150K vehicles per day. The location allows residents easy access to downtown San Antonio, The San Antonio International airport, and many of the city’s major employers. Alamo Oaks has been very well maintained, but not well managed and Disrupt will be implementing a $1MM value add program resulting in a 100% total return in 6 years and a ~9.5% average c/c return.
